These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of VC Khatha, powered by vcgroupmember.com, including our website, mobile application and related support services. Please read them carefully. By using VC Khatha, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Purpose

VC Khatha is an entertainment, community engagement, member-management and business/product visibility platform. It enables administrators to manage their own member relationships and display relevant profiles, products or business information.

2. No Financial, Payment or Gambling Service

VC Khatha is not a payment, banking, wallet, financial investment, lending, insurance, prize-money, lottery, betting or gambling platform. We do not collect, receive, process, transfer, store, settle or guarantee money or payments between users, admins or third parties. Any independent transaction outside VC Khatha is not operated, verified or guaranteed by VC Khatha.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your password, OTP and device access confidential. A mobile number may be associated with more than one admin group. Each admin group is independent; access, account status and content in one group do not automatically apply to another group.

4. Admin Responsibilities

Admins are responsible for member data, profile information, products, catalogue details, claims, descriptions and other content they submit. Admins must ensure that their content is accurate, lawful, non-misleading and does not infringe another person’s rights.

5. User Conduct

You must not misuse VC Khatha. You must not attempt unauthorised access, share OTPs or credentials, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or harmful content, send spam, interfere with the platform, scrape data, circumvent account controls or make false deletion/recovery requests.

6. User-Generated and Admin-Supplied Content

VC Khatha may display content supplied by admins or users. We may remove or restrict content or access if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, creates a security risk, is unlawful or may harm users or the platform.

7. Account Removal and Recovery

Members may use the Account Support page to request removal from a selected admin group. Mobile OTP verification is required. The selected access is blocked during the recovery period. A recovery request is not an automatic restoration of access; it requires Super Admin approval. If recovery is not approved or requested within the stated period, selected account data may be permanently deleted.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, investigation of misconduct or a violation of these Terms. We may also take action on valid requests from authorised admins or applicable authorities.

9. Availability and Disclaimer

VC Khatha is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strive to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or risk-free service. See our Disclaimer for further important information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VC Khatha is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or third-party losses arising from use of the platform, admin-supplied content, external products/services, network issues or unauthorised use of credentials.

11. Intellectual Property

VC Khatha branding, software, layouts and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit them without written permission, except where permitted by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms when needed. Continued use after an updated version is published means that you accept the revised Terms.
