This policy applies to members, admins, Super Admins and website visitors. By accessing or using VC Khatha, you acknowledge this policy.

1. Platform and No-Payment Statement

VC Khatha is an entertainment, community engagement, member-management and business/product visibility platform. We do not accept, collect, hold, process, transfer, invest or settle payments through the platform. We do not offer gambling, betting, lottery, prize money, financial investment, lending, wallet, payment gateway or money-transfer services.

2. Information We Collect

Information provided by you or an authorised admin

• Name, mobile number, profile photograph (if added), address/town and other profile details.
• Member, admin-group, login and account identification information.
• Business, product, catalogue, enquiry and featured-profile information submitted by an admin.
• Support messages, account deletion requests and recovery requests.

Information collected for security and service operation

• OTP verification records, login dates, device identifiers/tokens, notification token and security activity.
• Account status, access history, admin relationship, recovery/deletion status and audit logs.
• Technical information necessary to deliver the application and prevent abuse.

3. Why We Use Information

We use information to create and maintain accounts; show member, admin and product information; provide app features; authenticate access; send OTPs and notifications; respond to support; investigate misuse; maintain security logs; process deletion or recovery requests; and meet legitimate legal, security and operational requirements.

4. How Information Is Shared

Information is shared only as required to operate the platform. A member’s information may be accessible to the admin group with which that member is registered. Information may also be processed by trusted service providers that help us deliver hosting, notifications, OTP delivery, image storage or technical support. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Admin Content and Third-Party Information

Products, business details and other content shown by an admin are provided by that admin. VC Khatha does not control every item of admin-supplied content. If you believe content is inaccurate, unlawful or inappropriate, contact us at the email below.

6. Notifications

The app may send service notifications for login security, account status, recovery approval, admin-related updates and other necessary service communication. You can manage device notification permissions through your device settings; however, important account or security messages may still be necessary for safe use of the platform.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures including authentication, OTP verification, role-based controls, session controls and security logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you should protect your password, OTP and device access.

8. Retention, Deletion and Recovery

We retain data only for as long as necessary for platform operation, security, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping. You can request removal from a selected admin group through our public Account Support page. A verified removal request blocks the selected access during the recovery period. You may request recovery during that period, but recovery requires Super Admin approval. When the recovery period ends, the selected account data is permanently deleted, subject to any data we must retain for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

9. Your Choices

You may request correction of inaccurate profile information through the relevant admin or available app features. You may also contact us about access, deletion or privacy concerns. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Children’s Privacy

VC Khatha is not intended for children where parental or guardian consent is required by law. Do not submit a child’s personal information without appropriate authority.

11. External Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, products or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and VC Khatha is not responsible for them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, security practices or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date will be changed when the policy is revised.
